Child Safety

Adaptive AI prohibits the use of our services to endanger, exploit, or abuse children in any manner. We strictly moderate all collaborative study rooms and user-created portfolios to maintain a safe environment.

  • Do not upload, create, or distribute material depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Do not engage in predatory behavior, including child grooming (befriending minors online to facilitate sexual contact or exchange imagery).
  • Do not engage in sextortion (blackmailing or threatening minors with real or alleged access to intimate images).
  • We actively report child exploitation violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.

Platform Abuse & Circumvention

Do not abuse the system, subvert limits, or automate platform interfaces. Prohibited activities include:

  • Do not create multiple free accounts to exploit platform compute limits, AI mentor credits, or database storage.
  • Do not use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to crawl lesson pages, portfolio items, or reverse-engineer AI prompts.
  • Do not distribute bulk messages, commercial spam, or advertising in public study rooms.

Sandbox & Infrastructure Security

Our interactive sandboxes (coding IDEs, circuit simulators, and case study simulators) execute user scripts and logic models in secure, virtual spaces. Users must not attempt to exploit the hosting infrastructure. Prohibited actions include:

  • Do not run DoS scripts, virus code, crypto-miners, or automated network attacks inside any simulation space.
  • Do not execute privilege escalation, database access exploits, or malicious scripts to compromise platform servers or parent configurations.
  • Do not facilitate cybercrime, unauthorized server operations, or harmful software vulnerabilities exploitation.

Harassment & Hate Speech

Do not harass, bully, or threaten other learners or mentors. We want Adaptive AI to remain a constructive, collaborative space for educational growth.

  • Do not engage in doxxing, malicious abuse, slurs, unwanted sexualization, or threats of harm.
  • Do not represent or distribute materials from known violent organizations, hate groups, or terrorist movements.

Scams, Fraud & Phishing

Do not deceive or confuse users for financial gain or personal harm. Prohibited actions include:

  • Do not solicit sensitive details (passwords, credit cards, API keys) from other learners.
  • Do not impersonate Adaptive AI staff, tutors, or experts in study groups or forums.
  • Do not promote investment scams, sweepstakes fraud, or fake software reviews.

Academic Integrity & Copyright

Respect content owners and maintain honest learning habits. Plagiarism or cheating is strictly prohibited:

  • Do not share solutions or copy answers on quiz assessments and coding challenges.
  • Do not use auto-submit scripts or tools to artificially inflate your job-readiness scores.
  • Do not distribute copyrighted learning materials or books without explicit authorization.
  • To report a copyright violation, see the DMCA process in our Terms of Service.

All AI features (AI Tutor, Mentor Chat, Career Path Advisor) are built using generative models. Users should observe the following limits:
